Clasijazz Hosts the 2026 EFN Conference

We are pleased to announce that the European Folk Network (EFN) 2026 Conference will be held at our headquarters in Almería from Thursday, November 12, through Saturday, November 14, 2026. The European Folk Network (EFN) is the European network dedicated to the promotion, development, and celebration of folk and traditional music and the arts. It serves as a meeting place for artists, organizers, cultural centers, and professionals from across Europe who share a commitment to using music as a tool for connection, inclusion, and social change. As members of the EFN, we – at the Fundación Indaliana para la Música y las Artes – Clasijazz – are honored to host this edition, thanks to a multidisciplinary space ideally suited to accommodate the conference’s plenary sessions, breakout groups, dining areas, and live performances. Since our founding in 1998, Clasijazz has grown into a comprehensive cultural center, concert hall, educational space (music, dance, and theater), and jazz club. We actively collaborate in European networks and international projects, sharing with the EFN the philosophy that music unites communities and fosters creativity. EFN participants will not only enjoy the conference sessions but also the vibrant cultural life of Clasijazz and the welcoming atmosphere of Almería, a Mediterranean city renowned for its history, heritage, and artistic vitality.
