1st International Fair of Good Practices and Tools in Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps Projects in Inclusion and Diversity (2023)

This Fair, organized by INJUVE (the Spanish National Agency), took place in Mollina, Málaga. It was created in response to a shared need among organizations, beneficiaries, trainers, and program officials involved in Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps across Europe.

The main goal was to improve the quality of inclusive projects through the exchange and analysis of good practices and practical tools developed within these programs. The Fair also served as a meeting point for project managers, coordinators, mentors, and inclusion officers from across Europe, strengthening an international network of entities committed to promoting inclusion and diversity in Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps initiatives.

TCArt: Training and Cooperation for Art Institutions (2024)

From 3 to 7 December 2024, the first international training TCArt – Training and Cooperation for Art Institutions took place, focusing on connecting art institutions with the Erasmus+ programme. The training offered a comprehensive overview of the opportunities that this European programme provides for working with young people.

The event brought together participants from a variety of artistic organizations across Europe, including theatres, museums, choreographic centres, youth art studios, and cultural hubs.

The main goal was to create a space for connection and collaboration, fostering new international partnerships within Erasmus+. One of the key ideas was the exchange of experiences, including presentations from successful Czech organizations such as the project of the National Theatre of Prague in collaboration with the Dezider Karvos Conservatory and the NaFilm project, the Film Museum of Prague, which shared their projects and hosted visits at their venues.

The plus of Erasmus+: ideas matching and project management in the youth field (2024)

This meeting offered a comprehensive overview of the opportunities provided by Erasmus+ in the youth field, along with an introduction to the European Solidarity Corps. Participants explored the structure, values, and key actions of the programme (KA1 and KA2), gaining practical tools to design and manage quality international projects.

The course combined non-formal education methods such as workshops, teamwork, and simulations, encouraging participants to connect ideas with real programme formats and to improve their project management skills.

It gathered youth workers, project coordinators, and representatives of organizations from across Europe, creating a dynamic space for learning, exchange, and collaboration within the Erasmus+ community.

Gender Equality as a Space of Growth (2024)

During this project, we focused primarily on the following aspects related to EU Youth Goal No. 2 – Equality of All Genders:

  1. Raising awareness of inequality and gender-based discrimination, particularly in the media.
  2. Eliminating stereotypical gender roles and embracing diverse gender identities within education systems, family life, workplaces, and other areas of society.
  3. Ensuring equal access to formal and non-formal education, and promoting gender-sensitive approaches in the design of educational systems.

Event objectives:

  • To train at least 10 organizations across Europe to include gender-related dimensions in their practices and procedures.
  • To enhance learning and experience through non-formal education methods, ensuring gender equality in youth work for at least 10 youth workers across Europe.
  •  To improve the learning and experience of at least 10 youth leaders from European youth NGOs, helping them to develop gender-sensitive approaches within their organizations.

Facilitation ON & OFF (Injuve TCA) (2024)

Facilitation ON & OFF was a blended training course combining in-person and online sessions, aimed at organizations who wanted to strengthen their competences in facilitation, group management, and dialogue support.

Through non-formal education methods, participants explored facilitation techniques for both in-person and virtual environments, focusing on management, communication, teamwork, and intercultural dialogue. The course encouraged reflection, practice, and transfer of learning to improve the quality of youth work and promote more participatory approaches within their organisations.

Create+ (2024)

Create+ was a four-day training course organized by the Spanish National Agency, focused on strengthening competences in European project management, particularly within the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps frameworks. Through practical workshops on financial management and calls for proposals, participants gained valuable tools to improve the quality of their projects. In addition, key topics such as gender equality, anti-racism, and inclusion were addressed, promoting diversity and equity in youth work.
