Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a transnational exchange programme that offers new entrepreneurs and people who want to start a business the opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other participating countries.

In recent years Clasijazz has opened its doors to several talented young people both to learn from the experience of the foundation and contribute with their ideas to the life of our hub.

“ The collaboration with Clasijazz focused on audiovisual documentation and the dissemination of cultural projects, particularly considering the transformations and limitations that affected the cultural sector due to Covid. In this context, audiovisual documentation in the form of video and photography was produced for the project “Clasijazz Big Band Pro: New Ways of Life for Artists.” ”

“During my stay at Clasijazz as part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, I mainly worked on developing marketing and branding strategies for the project. I implemented tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and created a YouTube publishing strategy focused on SEO and indexing. I also worked on optimizing the Clasijazz website’s SEO to improve traffic and conversion rates.

At the management level, I collaborated with Pablo and the team to design the project’s financial structure, defining fixed and variable costs and developing a task delegation strategy that enabled the integration and training of new team members. In addition, we worked on formalizing a consultancy partnership with a German team specialized in financial management.

At the same time, I was responsible for the audio production of several concerts, handling the mixing and mastering of 10 jazz big band performances, and delivering the final material fully edited and organized by tracks for distribution.”

“I was excited to be the recipient of an Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) business exchange grant issued by the European Commission.

I paired with Clasijazz, where I developed curriculum for wellness courses that synthesize yoga, breath work, meditation, movement and music.

From there I marketed this initiative to other organizations and businesses, in the form of online courses and teaching in-person!

Sometimes simple changes have an outsized impact on employee performance – from prioritizing ergonomically friendly workspaces, taking breaks to stretch throughout the day, and learning breath exercises scientifically proven to combat stress.”

“My experience with the Erasmus+ programme at ClassiJazz in Almería was truly life-changing. It gave me the opportunity to finally spend time in a place where music is not just something you do, but a way of living. During my three-month programme, I supported their social media, helped organize events, and took part in language exchanges.

But beyond all of that, what mattered most was something deeper. This experience helped me reconnect with my soul and rediscover my passion. I met incredible people who inspired me and made me feel understood. For the first time in a long while, I truly felt at home.

I am deeply grateful for this journey, for the people I met, and for everything I learned—both professionally and personally.

ClassiJazz is honestly such a rare place in the world. It’s not just about music – it’s about people, connection, and a whole way of living that you don’t find often. I fully support their vision and everything they stand for. I really hope they keep growing and spreading their magic, because the world truly needs more places like this.”
