On the 27th January, the Andalusian government announced new restrictions due to the CoronaVirus. In Almería, a perimeter closure of the municipality as well as a shut-down of every non-essential activity during at least two more weeks was imposed. Even if music for us is completely ESSENTIAL, this new restrictions made our team reconsider the established planning. We decided to postpone the BigBand concerts for two weeks in order to wait for the health situation to improve.
However, the project did not stop!
These days were dedicated to professional streaming content – such as Thematic Classes via Zoom, Interviews, Clasijazz Show or Clasijazz YouTube Channel. We wouldn’t have made it without the huge help of Diego, the local sound and light specialist, great talent in this field and also a promising musician.
He came up with revolutionary ideas and during a few hours our Studio totally changed. Also we have to mention an amazing Italian cameraman and streaming specialist Pietro, who is going to make magic with his videocamera. Of course Pablo was supervising everything and also learning new streaming skills. Virtual help came also from Manuel and Diego’s friend.
